Greetings New Spartans:
As a part of the Fall Welcome opening activities, we are hosting a joint meeting for all new COMMUTER/OFF-CAMPUS students (students who do not reside on campus) and Transfers students (students who previously attended another post-secondary institution). If you have transferred from another institution, or if you plan to live off campus this year, then we encourage you to attend this meeting.
The meeting will be held from 4- 6 PM (EDT), Sunday, August 28, 2022 from in the MSU Kellogg Big Ten ABC Ballrooms. The goals of the meeting for Commuter/Off-Campus students include strategies on making MSU your "home away from home," an opportunity to meet fellow commuting Spartans, and learning about services and upcoming programming for Commuter/Off-Campus students. The goals of the meeting for Transfer students include information on the transferring of credits to MSU, strategies to help you feel connected to MSU from a Transfer student perspective, and learning about services and upcoming programming for Transfer students. The program will also feature a student panel.
