ALL DAY - "FILL THE BUS" - Virtual - Spartan Students! The MSU Center for Community Engaged Learning and MSU Alumni invites you to participate in our 15th Annual “Fill the Bus” event. We strive to give local students and families an equal start to the new school year! When a student walks into the classroom with the basic supplies they need, they can focus on what really matters - learning! Students you can donate New school supplies (ex. pack of Crayons, Pack of #2 Pencils, Pack of Markers, Notebooks, and or Folders) at the Center for Community Engaged Learning located in the Student Services Building, Suite 101. You can also make a monetary donation online through our CrowdPower fundraising page. All students living in the residence halls in Fall 2023 were asked in mid-July to select their specific move-in window based upon availability for their hall. Visit liveon.msu.edu/move-in to learn more. International students and students with a programmatic early arrival will receive specific move-in information from their program or advisor.

12 PM (EDT) VIRTUAL “SPARTAN LUCK OF THE DRAW” - Student Life Facebook Live - At the top of every hour, students can watch the “Spartan Luck of the Draw” via the MSU Student Life Facebook Live page to win a Spartan prize from the prize spinning wheel. 5 PM (EST) RESIDENTIAL BUSINESS COMMUNITY (RBC) ORIENTATION & WELCOME DAYS - Various locations in the Broad College of Business Complex - RBC first year students only - Residential Business Community (RBC) Orientation & Welcome Days will be held August 21-24, 2023. These events are open only to first year students admitted into the RBC Fall 2023. Please see your MSU email for additional details. Hosted by MSU Broad College of Business.

7:30 – 9 PM (EDT) FALL WELCOME – NEW STUDENT KICK-OFF – STADIUM - Join fellow new students in the Spartan Stadium to officially launch the New Student Orientation (NSO) and Fall Welcome experience. All new students are expected to attend and will be introduced to a variety of campus partners who are excited to welcome you to Michigan State University. Special guests include the MSU president, athletic coaches and players, Sparty – the MSU mascot, Zeke the Wonder Dog, the MSU Marching Band and so many more. PLEASE NOTE THAT BAGS, PURSES, AND BACKPACKS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE SPARTAN STADIUM. We are excited to celebrate and welcome you to MSU! Event jointly hosted by MSU Athletics, NSO and the Office of Spartan Experiences.

9 PM – 12 AM (EDT) SPARTAN BINGO/SPARTAN GAME NIGHT – International Center (Food Court and Room 115) - Join Associated Students of Michigan State University (ASMSU) for Spartan Game Night featuring bingo and other games. Chance to win great prizes, don’t miss out on this Spartan experience. Hosted by ASMSU.
